What to expect

Placement, permits and Colorado seasonal realities

On your own driveway or private property, no permit is required anywhere we deliver. If a container needs to sit on a public street instead, each city or town handles that within its own limits — City of Littleton, CO for addresses inside Littleton itself. Our service area genuinely spans three counties — Arapahoe, Jefferson and Douglas — and several real communities near Littleton are unincorporated, with no city or town government of their own; those are governed directly by their county, sometimes alongside a special-purpose metro or ranch district that runs community facilities. Arapahoe County, CO Government handles county-road matters for Arapahoe County addresses; Jefferson and Douglas County government handle the rest. See the table above for each location's own link, and see our permits guide for more. If your project involves any digging or footing work, call Colorado 811 - Call Before You Dig (call 811) first so underground lines get located before a bucket ever goes in the ground.

Colorado's Front Range climate genuinely changes the calculus here. A real hail season, sudden high-altitude and mountain-adjacent weather swings, and a dry summer stretch that raises genuine wildfire-season defensible-space concerns are all a routine, practical scheduling factor across the south metro and up into the foothills. Any of those can occasionally push a delivery back half a day, and a heavy hailstorm or a sudden snow event can turn a solid driveway hazardous — tell us if your project is time-sensitive around a forecast and we'll work the schedule around it. Beyond weather, steady renovation growth in Littleton's older neighborhoods and ongoing new-construction activity across the metro keep a predictable share of our schedule booked, so booking a few days ahead during a busy stretch is worth it.

Local knowledge

Why local coverage actually matters

Anyone can put a list of place names on a web page. What makes a difference on delivery day is whether the driver you get has actually been down your street.

Our own drivers know that a narrow downtown Littleton block needs a different placement than a wide-open suburban lot out toward Highlands Ranch, and they know how a steep foothills delivery into Morrison or Ken Caryl differs from a standard in-city homeowner cleanout. They also know what an approaching Front Range hailstorm does to a delivery schedule across the metro.

That local knowledge is the difference between a container that lands exactly where you want it and a wasted trip.
